Bexhill residents scoop postcode lottery

Eight people in Bexhill are celebrating after each scooping a £1,000 cash prize – courtesy of their postcode!

The Martyns Way neighbours landed the windfall when TN40 2SH was announced as a People’s Postcode Lottery winner on Friday (September 11th).

Judie McCourt (pictured), the People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador, sent her best wishes to the winners.

“A big congratulations to all those who have picked up a prize today in Bexhill-on-Sea,” she said. “I hope the win will help lift their spirits and that they are able to treat themselves to something special with the cash.”

A minimum of 32% of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised over £600 million to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.
